Anchor Locksmith Store is just AMAZING! I can’t thank these guys enough. Someone stole my home keys and that got me really upset. The worst part was not receiving any support from the locksmiths in Stoneham. However, Gary from Anchor Locksmith Store was so understanding! Not only did he arrive at my place quickly but he also listened intently to me rambling on and on about how the keys had been stolen. He cheered me up, reassured me that no one was going to misuse those keys and rekeyed the locks. Worth more than FIVE stars.. I highly recommend!

I've used Anchor Locksmith Store twice now. Once to add a deadbolt to my front door and then yesterday to add a lock in a closet door. Both times he quoted me a price on the phone and stuck to it on site. No extra charges or attempts to add things. Both times there were issues with the instal (very old building) but he stuck to his quote and was quick, tidy and friendly. It seems like the city is filled with swindlers in the locksmith dept. Anchor Locksmith Store is for sure the exception. It's not cheap but i prefer to have an honest price up front than a lowball estimate that ends up much more because it was just a ploy to show up and add charges. Incredible work!!! If you need a locksmith in Stoneham, trust me, Anchor Locksmith Store is your best bet. I had a tricky rekeying job on a high security lock and it was the only locksmith firm in the entire region that said the job could be done. They sent Eric, a friendly and extremely talented technician who rekeyed the Schlage lockset in less than 10 minutes. If he can do this, he can do just about anything. Excellent service! The key fob wouldn’t work and I couldn’t figure out why. I might’ve dropped it a couple of times, and I believed that it had finally started to show. I enquired in a couple of places in Stoneham and almost everyone told me that I needed a replacement – all except for Anchor Locksmith Store. Kevin agreed to come have a look at the fob and attempt to fix it, which he did. It barely took him 5 minutes to fix the loose wiring and get it working again. Great service. Would recommend their service to anyone. Couple reason 1) They waive off the late night fee because they were close to our location in Stoneham, MA. 2) The lock wasn't actually damage but the door handle mechanism which was more than double of what I had anticipated or wanted to pay for a rental apt.
