HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, GREAT PRICES and FAAAAAAST!!!! Can not say enough nice things about Dave and his company. Called today to have a keyed doorknob installed on my bedroom door and an hour later Scott was at my Stuy Town apartment and 15 minutes later my new lock was installed. So professional and courteous, Scott really made me feel comfortable when he showed up and he was FAST! I called 5 other locksmiths who all wanted upwards of $170 to install the lock and Dave did it for $79!!!! I have to concur with all the other positive reviews. I inquired online with three locksmiths on a lazy sunday because I was not really in a rush. Neighborhood Locksmith Store not only responded in 15 minutes with an exact quote but he arrived on time for my appointment the next day and got me back into my mailbox. He was on time and came prepared with 2 different types of locks for me to choose based on our needs and budget. He answered all my questions and finished installing a deadbolt lock in less than 15 minutes. He even asked for a dust pan and broom to clean up after the job. Just had Arthur help out tonight with my apartment in Abingdon, MD. Called up and a nice girl answered the phone, was told an ETA. Arthur showed up really professional and nice. They came up to my door, within like 2 minutes opened it without damaging the lock. $99 later (plus $29 night time fee, totally fair) I'm home and will definitely recommend them The best Locksmith Company in Abingdon, MD.
