Mike from Exclusive Locksmith Service was amazing. He was professional, friendly, and did the whole lock change in like 15 minutes. He talked to me throughout changing my locks, and explained everything to me as he was doing it. He told me funny anecdotes about his work, and really just brought a huge smile to my face. Mr. David, the Owner, RESCUED us after a harrowing experience of not being able to enter our home due to a malfunctioned bottom-lock. Mr. David not only fixed the lock but he also STRENGTHENED the associated strike-plate and dead-bolt. After getting really creepy texts and voicemails from my last locksmith, I decided to get my locks changed again and a chain installed. I emailed the company at 10 at night on a Saturday and Mike responded in under 10 minutes. He gave me a 1 hour time (super awesome for not having to wait around too long) and was there right on time, which is already above and beyond. He was so helpful and professional and a joy to talk to. They offer some peace of mind, I want to pay it forward by leaving another 5-star review. Exclusive Locksmith Service are rad.

I was all set for a business trip that same evening which may have been cancelled had it not been for Dave who reached my home as soon as I called him up. Very friendly technician! I think his name was Dave! There was bad coverage in the locality where I was stuck, stranded out of my own car. I still had access to the web and a quick online search later I landed up in http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com. I tried placing a call, but my call kept dropping and I resorted to typing an email though I knew that the chances of someone paying attention to my email were next to none. It was unbelievable when I got a response to my service request within ten minutes assuring me of help. Dave got there within ten minutes and helped me get back in my car! Had it not been for Exclusive Locksmith Service, I would have probably had to abandon my car in search of a towing service or for better cell reception. Thanks to Dave and his awesome team, I didn’t have to go through all that hassle!
