I was new to Richardson and didn’t know a good locksmith in the locality and went with the suggestion of my neighbor and called Locksmith Master Store. Where I come from, locksmiths aren’t made this way. On time, quick, and efficient, a job which I thought would take hours was completed within 40 minutes. Truly commendable! And the price for rekeying a set of four locks cost me less than a hundred bucks. They deserve five stars!!!

Fantastic experience with Locksmith Master Store. They were very flexible with our schedules, and once the locksmith arrived he was knowledgable, highly skilled, and very pleasant to be around. Last Saturday I had a appointment with Locksmith Master Store to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly.
