Thank you, Jason! After months of no results for my coop management office fixing my faulty street-level front door lock, I called Locksmith Solution Services. Jason asked quiet, specific questions including asking for photos, then asked if I could wait two days so he could send a problem solver. End of questions, Locksmith Solution Services had expert solutions. Jason, unhurried, figured out the problem, explained it, resolved it even though it wasn't easy.

The ignition cylinder in my car was broken and wouldn't turn, preventing it from starting. After calling around, Paul by far sounded the most friendly & knowledgable, so I decided to give them try. James came in a short amount of time and was finished working in under an hour. He even had a great sense of humor and had me laughing while he worked. I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. I'll always call Master Locksmith Store first, in future endeavors!

I have to say that these guys went above and beyond. I got locked out of my boyfriend' car and he was out of town. They tried more than 30 key palmutations before they got it, at a cost loss to themselves. They were champs. Highly recommend Locksmith Solution Services.

I called to set up an appointment for tomorrow to fix door cylinder with Locksmith Solution Services I was told my call would be returned so I could get an estimate and set up appt. time. My call was returned by Bob within 5 minutes. I sent him 3 pictures to determine the problem. Paul told me that he could tell me how to fix the problem myself and there was no need for them to come out..so in 3 minutes my lock was fixed over the phone. How fantastic is that...

This is a top-notch company! When my tenant moved out, I needed to have all the locks re-keyed. Based on the great reviews I called Locksmith Solution Services - and completely agree with all of the raves. A very polite woman took my call and information, letting me know that the locksmith would contact me shortly. Paul called me within an hour or so and I was scheduled for the next day. It was James who actually came to re-key my locks. He arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and professional, and had my locks all done within an hour! The price was reasonable, and as quoted. Hope I don't need it, but this will be my go-to locksmith!

Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that Locksmith Solution Services had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). Henrry went right to work and was successful in removing the broken part of the key from my car's ignition. He was very polite & professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone!
