Everything the rest of the Online say is true, which is why I called these guys. They are simply the best - reasonably priced, professional, speedy. It was 1 am on a Sunday night, my date and I were coming home from a show in Anaheim , CA , and my keys were sitting on my kitchen table. Oops. Called <Company Nmae> and Ben showed up in a half hour (I'm not joking - we hadn't even finished our beers at the dive bar on the corner.) He was professional, not creepy, and didn't make me feel stupid for locking my keys out. I live in a building with really tricky doors, and although luckily a neighbor buzzed me in downstairs, Ben was willing to try the outer doors (even though they were likely impossible.) He got my into my apartment in no time. I will never call another locksmith, ONLY TO: Exclusive Locksmith Service.

And while I might just be adding on to the humongous pile of praises and appreciation they’ve already received, it’s only right to share my incredible experience with them. I needed a spare key. I know that a local hardware shop could have helped me with it, but the only problem was, it was 10:30 pm and all the shops were shut. I had to leave town urgently the next morning and I needed a spare to hand out to my neighbor to let the maintenance workers in. Literally, every 24-hour locksmith I called seemed to either deny service, or didn’t pick up my call – that is, every locksmith but Exclusive Locksmith Service! Dave arrived in less than 15 minutes and being a complete pro, he handed out the copy key in minutes. Exclusive Locksmith Service has redefined the levels of customer service. It was bound to happen. Four days into my brand new apartment and I get locked out when I'm letting the IKEA delivery guy into my building. Though I'm glad I chose to wear shoes, I had nothing besides (thankfully) my cell phone in tow so the first thing I did was call Exclusive Locksmith Service. We had met before and I'd heard great things but he truly is a miracle worker. Despite the short notice and his busy work schedule, he made time for me and showed up thirty minutes later at my door. It took him about 10 seconds to get into my apartment. Aside from my concern over how easy it was for him to break in, I was incredibly grateful. Service with a smile and efficient work. Now, let's just hope he doesn't change careers and go criminal -- that dude has skills when it comes to getting through locked doors!

I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent. They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option.
