We hired them to install new locks in the home we’d just moved into. Danny was experienced, knowledgeable and patient. He took extra time to ensure that we understood all the options available and helped us find the right solution. LOVE City Locksmith Services ! Our bottom lock - that had been installed less than a year ago by another guy - had been sticking for months now and I figured we should get that fixed. Spotted a Living Social deal and snapped it up quick. Very easy to schedule, though they seem busy! When Edwardo arrived he was very efficient and professional. Was able to explain what was going on and what went wrong. (The previous locksmith had given us an old gnarly lock!) Replaced it, charged what was on the website, and he was off!
Great to work with - we'll definitely be using him for future locksmithing! City Locksmith Services is the company to call.

We got locked out of our house the night before thanksgiving and were waiting outside in the cold freezing rain. The guys from City Locksmith Services were at our house within 25 minutes and got us in quickly without damaging our lock. Super nice and friendly! I will use them again if i need them.

These Locksmith Company are awesome. I grabbed the wrong set of keys on my way out the house on a Sunday and didn't realize it until I closed my door (locked from the inside). I was able to open my security door by sticking in hand through the mail slot, but the 2nd door was still locked. I called a few smiths who couldn't get out to me until later in the day. I then called City Locksmith Services who could reach me in less than 30 minutes and were priced competitively. Henrry got me in my house in less than 10 minutes (after checking proper ID and the such) and even repaired my damaged mail slot.
The customer service was great from the initial call to payment. I'll definitely call them first next time.

just had the cylinder changed on my apartment door lock because my former super was recently arrested for using duplicate keys to break into apartments. Creepy, right? I went with City Locksmith Services after seeing all these positive Online reviews, and it was such a positive experience I feel like I have to chime in and give him five stars too.
Shon was right on time for our appointment, worked quickly, did the whole thing for exactly what he quoted me, and it turns out he got his dog from the same rescue place where I got my cat! I guess that last part doesn't really reflect on his locksmithing skills, but he was super-nice. If I ever need a locksmith again, no question about who I'll call.
