So, I have a habit of losing things. I'm on my 4th cell phone in the last 6 months. Recently, I had to call Lock & Key Shop to return to my apt and repair a lock that I had stripped at 4am after losing my keys. Not only did he offer me a ""repeat customer discount"" of about 15%, but he also offerred to write the receipt to include the first repair of our dead bolt which our landlord had ridiculously refused to reimburse despite multiple emails and phone calls detailing the security concerns. Anyway, this Lock & Key Shop is incredible and I rarely give out 5 stars on this site, but he totally deserves it.

John was just great. He was on time even called 5 mins before to let me know he was parking nearby. He was reasonable and since I payed cash I got an even better deal! Edwardo was fantastic. He was courteous, skilled and professional. He confirmed our appointment ahead of time, arrived on time, did the job quickly and well. We especially liked that he emailed us a receipt immediately. Edwardo also gave us valuable advice on fixing our old broken doorknob (which wasn't included in the job). He quoted us a fair price and stuck to it. He even offered to clean up some loose paint before he left, unheard of in this city! Our previous experience with locksmiths was not so good, but Edwardo gives this business a good image. We will definitely call Lock & Key Shop again for your locksmith needs.
