Carolyn Carter made her first public debut at age two singing and dancing. In addition, she modeled for art students and magazines. She has been uniquely blessed and unusually privileged to have been in the most elite arenas in music, sports and academics.
During the early 1970's when the late John F. Carter lost his companies, Carolyn became the sole source of financial support for the entire Carter family for decades. She has raised millions for adult and children's charities, missions, research facilities, the arts and music in this country and across the globe. She has been allowed to pioneer in a few areas and make several contributions to society. Some of which are in music, (singing, dancing and playing classical piano) sports, (track, swimming, downhill ski racing, extreme skiing and gymnastics shows,) NASA experiments, protein formula for the acquired immune deficiency syndrome, assisting in enacting legislation (twice). She has patents pending for a few inventions. She is bilingual and reads several languages. The motto of her company is that people are the greatest resource. She empowers each person to find their voice with respect and kindness. She has protested against foreign wars, racism, inequality and lobbyists for special interest groups. She humbly acknowledges a huge debt of gratitude to God from whom all blessings flow. She is most proud of being a Christian. She would like to thank her husband Wayne for his love. She is grateful to Chief Justice Linda Dalanis of the State Supreme Court of New Hampshire for standing with she in the truth and the late Attorney Ed Swartz for working with she on the children's fund. She would like to thank Mike for the ski races; former Presidents Carter and Clinton and Pastor Jim for playing her music on the Christian radio stations and all of the people who attended her concerts and sporting events. She would like to thank the coaches all of whom wanted she to train for the Olympics in any sport, and her professors at the University of Massachusetts, Shenandoah College and Conservatory of Music, Franklin Pierce College and Harvard University. She would like to thank Colonel Caizzi of NASA. She would like to thank all of the national televised exposure for performing, sports and local ones such as Inside Leominster and Barbara and You. Finally, she would like to thank the media for the kind coverage over the past five decades and to the millions of people who prayed for she to survive the explosion.
