PMA Realty is dedicated to rebuilding Las Vegas one family at a time by completing residential redevelopment projects throughout the Las Vegas area. Real estate broker and successful entrepreneur, Ken Baxter is the Founder and Broker/Owner of PMA Realty in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 1973, at the beginning of his career in the housing industry, Ken was responsible for hiring, training, and motivating a staff of nearly 100 New Home Specialists at Heartland Realty in Salt Lake City, Utah. He holds the distinction and all-time record for real estate sales, selling 448 homes in a single day at Quailbrook East, a condominium community in Salt Lake. After dominating the Salt Lake market for over 15 years, Baxter moved his operation to Las Vegas in 1990, again leaving an indelible mark on the Valley and closing over 56,000 transactions. In a career spanning over four decades, Ken has successfully converted dozens of aging, crime ridden, run-down apartment complexes into beautifully renovated condominium homes, selling over $6 billion in new home and master-planned community properties. PMA Realty continues its tradition of excellence by preserving the cornerstones of society: Family, Community, and Integrity.
