Since I was new to Frisco, I didn’t know anyone else and called them up without thinking twice. Very reliable, on time, and knows what to do. Got the job done in less than 30 minutes. City Locksmith Services is absolutely the best! This is the second time I’ve worked with them and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. The first time I hired them was when I had issues with the front door lock. James went above and beyond to ensure that the new lock fit properly. It was quite a feat considering the fact the house was old and the previous lock had been in an extremely poor condition. The suggestions were incredibly insightful and helped me pick the right lock for maximum security. The second time I hired them was in an emergency. I got locked out of my home past midnight and called their number 214-530-0537. A technician, Mark I think his name was, got there within 20 minutes and took barely a minute to open the lock. I will never use another locksmith again. City Locksmith Services is great, be it for emergencies, or standard everyday work. The best in Frisco, TX. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

Used City Locksmith Services only yesterday to have two spare keys made for the front door lock. Scheduling services was easy – I didn’t have to call them. The dumbest thing I ever did was when I locked myself out of my home when I was out to get the morning paper. I stood there in my PJs, looking completely clueless. All my windows were locked and I didn’t fancy the idea of breaking into my own home. I had the phone but had no idea whom to call for help. Having exhausted all the options, I reluctantly knocked on my neighbor’s door for help. Thankfully, John was understanding and called up some locksmith he knew. I thought it was gonna take forever, but it didn’t! Within ten minutes, the technician had arrived and helped me gain access into my home. Another 5 star review for these guys... locked ourselves out of a friend's apartment in Frisco, TX that we were staying at. Luckily with Online on my smartphone I was able to see what consistently good service these guys provide and gave them a call. Dave came along within an hour (only reason it took a while was due to the bad weather), and had us inside within 5 mins. The locks on the door seemed quite stubborn but Dave seemed quite the expert! The pricing is great! The BEST, in fact! After some kids in the block decided that it was amusing to use my door for target practice, I had no choice but to replace the now battered door with a new one. I also needed a lock for my gate so that those pesky kids didn’t get anywhere near my property again. When I first saw the millions of 5-star reviews I thought "no way". But..WAY. John was friendly and funny on the phone making the appointment, showed up exactly when he said he would, did an awesome job in no time at all, and it cost exactly what he quoted me over the phone. John is a really cool guy, explained what he was doing, and put me totally at ease. Great service! Pricing was fair and their website was very helpful in helping me determine what we needed.
