Shane Bohannon started Global Concepts, a full-service travel company based out of San Antonio, Texas. After a highly accomplished career in sales within the travel industry, Shane launched his own company so he could bring a new approach to helping those who need vacation planning. Global Concepts works one on one with their clients to understand their travel needs and vacation goals. Shane boasts over 15 years in the travel industry. He has been a key contributor to the Trendwest Resorts and Silverleaf Resorts. Shane was the Project Director for Trendwest and supervised a team of sales representatives, administrative staff and managers. He established sales goals and implemented highly successful incentive programs. His management skills helped sales reach their sales goals and exceed revenue expectations. Shane also had the opportunity to manage several of the Trendwest facilities to boost sales efforts at these locations. Shane managed the Salt Lake City facility in Utah where he created and implemented comprehensive promotional plans increasing gross sales volume and tour site flow. Shane also managed the Oro Valley facility in Arizona, and helped increase their tour flow by 20%. He contributed to their sales volume, increasing this by 80% within the first 30 days he was there. Shane helped put the Arizona facility back on track to reach more than double the annual revenue within the first three months. As the Corporate Liaison for Silverleaf resorts, Shane had similar responsibilities. He supervised sales and promotional operations for seven of their facilities. He trained multiple sales professionals developing them into top performers and helping them to drive more sales. As Chief Executive Officer of his own travel company, Shane has taken his career to the next level implementing all of his proven strategies in order to make his business a success. He has recently remodeled and reopened their offices in San Antonio, Texas.
