The team at Locksmith & Lock Store deserves special commendation. After I’d dropped my keys somewhere and lost access to my car, I contacted them via their website https://www.Havertown.Locksmith-Lock-Store.com. Received a call back within 5 minutes and they said they’d come over to my place as soon as possible. They were at my doorstep within minutes, unlocked the door and made a replacement key in less than 30 minutes. I’ve heard how tough it is to develop transponder keys, and the speed at which they got the job done showed how exceptionally skilled and incredibly talented they are. Hats off to Locksmith & Lock Store! Keep up the good work in Havertown, PA guys!!

Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that Locksmith & Lock Store had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). Henrry went right to work and was successful in removing the broken part of the key from my car's ignition. He was very polite & professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone! Locksmith & Lock Store is the company to call when you will need a Locksmith Service!!

Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Locksmith & Lock Store to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! Just in case this happens again, I've saved his number - I WILL be referring him out to others as well! And may I add - thank goodness for the iPhone and Online app! Thanks Guys!

The service is top notch & that's what what matters the most. I will recommend Locksmith & Lock Store to anyone and everyone. Dan has a wide range of locks and will explain the differences in price points and features -- it's up to you to pick the one you want. I ended up with the deadbolt for the simple fact that I can take it with me.

I recently contacted Locksmith & Lock Store about replacing some locks in my office. After setting a time of 3pm, Max contacted me by text message to let me know he was nearby and was available to meet a little earlier. Right off the bat I was impressed by how professional and considerate he was of my time. Once at our office, Max did an assessment on our locks and gave us very solid advice on the best replacement options. We set a follow up appointment for the next morning and he arrived promptly at 11am to start the job. Max replaced 3 locks in under an hour and was kind enough to go over the keys and how each of the locks were installed for the best and safest usage. I'm very happy with the work Locksmith & Lock Store performed and they are completely deserving of a 5 Star rating!

OMFG... thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! literally turned what could have been a mini meltdown and a horrible day into sunshine and butterflies. The guy who came to help me out from Locksmith & Lock Store only left me waiting like 20 minutes even though when I called he was on the UES. He was so nice and popped the door open in a jiffy for a flat rate of... wait for it... 49 bucks. that's kind of amazing. he even fixed my door so that I never automatically get locked out again.
