We came home after a night out to find that our babysitter had not only locked herself out of our apartment she left the keys inside but she called a random locksmith to bust the door and let her in. We were left with a $140 bill and a busted lock! We called Gold Locksmith Store to come fix it at 10:30 PM. They were here in 17 minutes, fixed the lock and hardly charged us anything. I got locked out and called Gold Locksmith Store tonight. Took them a bit longer to arrive than expected, but they more than made up for it with some of the best customer service I've ever had in Franklin Park , IL. Guys were very friendly on the phone and in person. Scott did battle with an incredibly stubborn lock that would not give, and even made things harder for himself by not drilling out the protective plate. He could have easily have just insisted on drilling it out to make things simpler, but he worked around it. Then he took just as much time to make sure the new lock worked perfectly, even breaking out a small metal file to trim off a bit on the strike plate at one point. Through all the frustrations he was upbeat and friendly. I would have been throwing things and cussing up a storm. Definitely give these guys a try. I can't imagine you'll be disappointed. AMAZING! Like everyone else online, Edwardo came to the rescue and and I thought he was exceptional. I locked myself out of an office at work. When I called him for a quote, he asked that I take a picture of the lock and door and text it to him so he could assess the situation and call me back. WOW…

AMAZING! Like everyone else online, Edwardo came to the rescue and and I thought he was exceptional. I locked myself out of an office at work. When I called him for a quote, he asked that I take a picture of the lock and door and text it to him so he could assess the situation and call me back. WOW. A locksmith who receives texts? I was impressed with just that! He called me back within minutes. Even though it was a hardcore MultiTLock, he said he'd tried to do it for the minimal cost of $59 and try to do as little damage to the lock and the door as possible so that I could not incur more costs. He suggest that we just start there.WOW again. It was not an emergency situation and Edwardo said someone would be by in a couple of hours. I didn't even notice the time and HE CALLED to follow up with me and apologized for the delay. Third WOW. He came and resolved in the problem in less than 2 minutes! No new lock needed and no damage to the door. He even took credit cards and charged it right away and emailed me the receipt within minutes.
