Okay, I joined Online tonight just to leave this review. The dispatcher and David the locksmith were both awesome, really helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive, and he explained each method he tried, and some information about my type of lock. The last time I had to have a lock opened, the guy took one look at my door (same one) and told me it had to be drilled, then charged $200 to do it. I was left with the replacement bill from my landlord, too. I told the Metro Master Locksmith folks about this, and they confirmed it's a common scam. They'll offer a low price, then drill and charge a ton. Thanks to David and Metro Master Locksmith !!!

Metro Master Locksmith did a fantastic job in re-keying my locks. There was a mix-up in dispatch regarding my address so it took two hours longer to get there than they were supposed to. But the friendliness and quality of work was great and the price was a fraction of the price of Baldinos. I Highly recommend Metro Master Locksmith !

Thanks Metro Master Locksmith ! The man has glowing reviews for a reason - because his service is professional, efficient & on-top-of-it. This was one of the only sites that quotes prices upfront - check. Dan presented options w/ no pressure - check. He does the job w/ a smile & a sense of humor - check. The service is top notch & that's what what matters the most. I will recommend Metro Master Locksmith to anyone and everyone. Dan has a wide range of locks and will explain the differences in price points and features -- it's up to you to pick the one you want. I ended up with the deadbolt for the simple fact that I can take it with me.Thank you Metro Master Locksmith.

I locked my car key in my trunk last night and since I don't have a spare, I needed a locksmith to help me out. First thing in the morning, I called Metro Master Locksmith and the woman on the phone told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour until the guy would show up. He was at my apartment building within 40 minutes. Paul is the guy who came out and helped me and he was very polite. He is also the owner. We went down to my car and it took him about 30 seconds to open my car door so I could pop the trunk and get my key. He even unloaded all the things in my trunk for me and found the key using his flashlight. The total charge was only $89 even. What a steal! Hopefully this never happens to me again but if it does, I'll definitely call Metro Master Locksmith ! :)
