Paul is so nice! He saved my ass today. I have no idea how did I lose my car key. Paul returned my call in 10min and showed up in 40min. He said if my key is inside of car. It will be $98 only which surprised me because I have an experience with $200. Unfortunately the key was totally lost. So he provide a new replacement key for $195. And I want a second backup one with Chip for $50. Also I am a member of AAA. So Paul helped me to call AAA for discount. Also he said I can keep the test key with me for free which can open the door but not start the engine. I am so grateful for this. Thanks! I think the guy who came in from Community Locksmith Store was Jacob. He was great! I needed to get my locks changed and didn’t get off work until after 10 pm. He didn’t have a problem coming in after regular business hours to help me out. I scheduled an appointment the next night, but I was held up at work and couldn’t make it on time!
