Is it weird I almost want to get locked out again so I can call Lockbusters? Yeah, my experience was that great. After coming home at 2am beers may or may not have been involved, I soon realized that a lock on my door that I didn't have a key for had decided it didn't like being taped down, and chose to unlock itself at that very inopportune moment. That next morning, kicking the door in with my boots, attacking it with pink screwdrivers and attempting to scale the fire escape all failed. Defeated, I looked up a lock smith online to come rescue me. I called City Locksmith Services and reqwest a service the tech called me right back, told me he would be there in 20 minutes. He was at my apartment right on the dot and busted my door open in literally less than 2 min. I was sorta embarrassed at how easily he did it though he assured me the lock had definitely flipped. For a little extra he sorted me out with a new lock and keys in less than 3 minutes and also fixed my sticky door knob. 5 minutes TOTAL I was back in my apartment with my feet up and had also gotten to check off a niggly to-do off my apartment repair list. No muss, no fuss and an A+ experience to cap off what had been a pretty shizzy night of homelessness. I wouldn't call or recommend anyone else. I don’t usually write reviews, but there’s a first time for everything. Carried away by all the sweet talk from the guy at the local locksmith shop, I was coerced into buying a brand new smart lock. All my neighbors had it and I just didn’t wanna be the ‘outdated’ guy! Within two weeks, the lock stopped working and there I was, left locked outside my own home. I decided to call the shop that had sold me the useless lock in the first place, but they were closed for the day. An online search for a 24-hour locksmith in Sacramento, CA led me to http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com and to this day, I’m glad I found these guys. Within ten minutes, Dave was over at my place scrutinizing the lock. When he found that I’d paid $200, he told me that the lock wasn’t even worth $20. I must admit, I felt stupid at that point for investing my money in the wrong place. But Dave set things right, switched locks with a better one that didn’t even cost me half as much as the previous one. Wish I’d found you guys sooner. City Locksmith Services is awesome!!

I recently contacted City Locksmith Services about replacing some locks in my office. After setting a time of 3pm, Max contacted me by text message to let me know he was nearby and was available to meet a little earlier. Right off the bat I was impressed by how professional and considerate he was of my time. Once at our office, Max did an assessment on our locks and gave us very solid advice on the best replacement options. We set a follow up appointment for the next morning and he arrived promptly at 11am to start the job. Max replaced 3 locks in under an hour and was kind enough to go over the keys and how each of the locks were installed for the best and safest usage. So, I needed a new lock. After enquiring in several stores, I finally struck a good bargain down at a hardware shop. But what came after was something I didn’t anticipate! I’ve attempted lock installations on my windows a couple of times, and was confident I could nail this one too. An hour later, as I looked down at the now-completely-ruined-lock, it was clear that I shouldn’t have been this over-confident at my abilities. I decided to call a locksmith from City Locksmith Services to take a look at the damage I’d done on the lock and the door. Turns out, it wasn’t entirely my fault. The lock I was sold was a completely useless one to begin with. That was 50 bucks right down the drain! Thanks to David from City Locksmith Services for all the help! He installed a good quality lock on my front door within minutes!!! The price for the lock and the service fee didn’t cost me as much as it did earlier! OMFG... thank you, thank you, thank you City Locksmith Services!!!! literally turned what could have been a mini meltdown and a horrible day into sunshine and butterflies. Tony the guy who came to help me out from City Locksmith Services only left me waiting like 20 minutes even though when I called he was on the UES. He was so nice and popped the door open in a jiffy for a flat rate of... wait for it... 49 bucks. that's kind of amazing. he even fixed my door so that I never automatically get locked out again. Huzzah!!! but City Locksmith Services is the company to call when you need them. 916-526-7046.
