I feel that the obstacles or challenges we face in life help shape us as individuals and are crucial opportunities for personal growth. I deliver constructive criticism when the student is able to embrace it and I address concepts once I feel the student is ready or qualified for them. I consistently use positive affirmation to encourage my students since I know that positive reinforcement will enable the student to excel.
