Well, that’s what most firms say, but when it comes to delivering it, they fail miserably. Anyway, I decided to give Aqua Locksmith Store a try and I must say I’m very impressed. My call was answered in seconds and within ten minutes a van had pulled up outside my home. All I needed was a fix on my troublesome lock and it took Jack barely a few minutes to get the job done. The bill carried no extra charge, even though I’d called them up at 11 pm. I laud their dedication! Great job guys! Thumbs up!

I called Aqua Locksmith Store after hours during a week day to request a replacement fixture and lock installation on my door. They sent someone the following morning. They were incredibly professional, accessible, and provided a high quality service. I would highly recommend them. They are also one of the oldest locksmiths in Burlington, NJ. Leave it to me to be a drunkass and lose my keys one month into moving into my new apartment after having lived in doorman buildings with extra keys for the past 8 years... Finally decided I needed to get a new lock installed, and called this place on a late Saturday afternoon. When I told him I'd like him to come "as soon as possible" he said he would be able to come the next morning since I'm on the UWS...fine with me. About an hour and a half later he called again saying that he had a recommendation for a place closer to me that could come right away if I would like, since it sounded "urgent". Accustomed to waiting for locksmiths for hours, these guys took me by surprise by getting there within twenty minutes. And it’s not just their arrival that was fast – they were quick with the job too. The lock replacement barely took them minutes. I’m going to hire them again! When I first scheduled to have my lock replaced, no one came to my apt. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would personally come to complete the job. He was really nice. My security guards were giving us a hard time and he kept a good humor about the whole situation. He also upgraded my lock because of the issue with the first the appointment which I really appreciated. Todd was sweet, professional and prompt. I would recommend him to all my friends.
