I hired Liberty Locksmith Store for a complete security overhaul and here’s my review: Excellent response – I wasn't put through IVR and was patched through immediately Quick arrival time – After I’d placed the call to Liberty Locksmith Store, it took them only 10-15 minutes to get there. Job completion –Technicians seemed to know what they were doing, which enabled them to get the job done within an hour. Pricing – Extremely reasonable! In fact, they didn’t charge me anything for the assessment and only charged for the new locks and repairs. Customer satisfaction – one-hundred percent!! Will I recommend them? If you live in Montclair, go for it – I bet you can’t find anyone better….

After a tiring day at work, when I was confronted with a door I no longer had access to, I did nothing to improve my spirits. In fact, I was so frustrated at losing the keys and not being able to get in, that I was contemplating breaking a window to gain access. It was a stupid idea, I know, but I just didn’t have the patience to wait it out for hours to get assistance from a locksmith and figured this was the best way. Twenty minutes later, I’d grabbed a rock and had smashed the window. It was only after that that I realized I was unable to reach the ledge. Furious with myself, I reluctantly called a locksmith I found online. To my utter disbelief, Eric from Liberty Locksmith Store arrived in less than ten minutes. He opened up the lock in seconds. He also enquired about the damage on the window that I was too embarrassed to admit was done by me. Anyway, he had all this machinery with him in his van and he had a new glass panel fitted on to my window in no time. As for the bill, it was way lower than I expected. The next time something like this happens to me, instead of doing something really stupid, calling Liberty Locksmith Store would be my first port of call! Liberty Locksmith Store customer service was excellent from start to finish. David and James worked with me to copy vehicle transponder keys within my price range and around my work schedule. They were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and comprehensive in completing the job, making sure everything was programmed and secure. Their workmanship and professionalism truly could not have been better. Combined with their reasonable pricing and thorough explanation of all key-copying options, I give Liberty Locksmith Store my highest recommendation. Plus, David and James are just really nice guys, to boot.

Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that Liberty Locksmith Store had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). Henrry went right to work and was successful in removing the broken part of the key from my car's ignition. He was very polite & professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Paul is so nice! He saved my ass today. I have no idea how did I lose my car key. Paul returned my call in 10min and showed up in 40min. He said if my key is inside of car. It will be $98 only which surprised me because I have an experience with $200. Unfortunately the key was totally lost. So he provide a new replacement key for $195. And I want a second backup one with Chip for $50. Also I am a member of AAA. So Paul helped me to call AAA for discount. I think the guy I had was Dave from Liberty Locksmith Store he was great! Very quick and very professional. He was also very flexible with timing when I kept changing my schedule around. I had him install a chain lock for me and I already had the lock he just had to drill it in. Good price as well, so many other companies tried to rip me off for this simple job.
