Wow, just wow. Had to update this - a couple nights after Mike fixed the cylinder lock, I had trouble getting in (turns out my door and inside lock needed to be replaced). I called Mike to see if he could assist. I was eventually able to get myself in, but Mike still insisted on coming by to see if there was any further adjustments he could make. He eventually replaced the entire inside lock with a spare (which he didnt' have to do), made some adjustments to how the lock hits my door frame and didn't charge me anything for his time in doing this. Guy showed up and he handed me his card when he arrived to verify who he was with. Changed my locks within a half hour and was very friendly and answered all my questions.
