Jerry of Aqua Locksmith Store came by to fix our main door lock. We were cringing, expecting the word that we were going to have to replace the lock with a new one at $1,500! These guys are great - they're going by Aqua Locksmith Store. I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent. They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option. Great locksmith – and excellent prices! I called nearly 3 other locksmiths for the job, but the price quoted by Aqua Locksmith Store was the lowest. Without hesitance, I hired them. The technician arrived within 20 minutes and was very friendly and helpful. There were some adjustments to be made on the fly, but Kevin didn’t charge us anything extra for additional labor. The new locks and fixed door knobs work perfectly and better than they ever did – and it’s all thanks to Kevin. I knew the time would come when I would need to get my locks changed.. the only thing I didn’t anticipate was it coming so early! The locks seemed perfectly fine, and when I found that they’d be vandalized to gain access to my property, I was completely taken aback! The locksmith I called from Aqua Locksmith Store examined the locks and found the inside made entirely of plastic! I couldn’t believe it! Johnson had the damaged locks replaced with new ones, which he assured were procured from a leading manufacturer. Two weeks later, my home suffered another attack, probably carried out by the same lot who had tasted success on their first try - but this time, the locks stood their guard!
