When I read on their website http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com that they could get transponder keys made as well, I seriously doubted it. Didn’t really a think a locksmith could get it done, but to my surprise, Eric managed to make a new transponder key that worked flawlessly! What’s more, he got the job done at a much lesser price and handed out the new keys in under an hour. The last time I got a replacement from a car dealer, it cost me a whopping $300 and I had to wait over a week for the keys. Thanks to Eric from Logan Locksmith Shop, I now have found a cheaper, better option! I even called these guys over for a security assessment of my home the following week. Turns out, making car keys isn’t the only thing these guys from Logan Locksmith Shop were good at. Definitely, the no. 1 company in Simi Valley , CA!!!

After a fall-out with my neighbor whom I’d once entrusted with a spare set of keys, I needed to get the locks rekeyed right away. It was the weekend and most firms in Simi Valley , CA didn’t have technicians available. But Logan Locksmith Shop managed to send assistance right away, despite being extremely busy. The technician, Ed, got there within fifteen minutes and rekeyed the lock quickly. He also noticed that the door was slightly off-track and set it right for free. Turns out, the locksmith had made another copy and sold it to an interested employee. I discovered this weeks later, when a few files went missing from the storeroom. Luckily with Online on my smartphone I was able to see what consistently good service these guys provide and gave them a call. Dave came along within an hour (only reason it took a while was due to the bad weather), and had us inside within 5 mins. The locks on the door seemed quite stubborn but Dave seemed quite the expert! Only sorry that I didn't have more cash on hand to give him a better tip. Polite, responsive, and professional. Thanks guys!

I got locked out and called Logan Locksmith Shop tonight. Took them a bit longer to arrive than expected, but they more than made up for it with some of the best customer service I've ever had in Simi Valley , CA. Guys were very friendly on the phone and in person. Scott did battle with an incredibly stubborn lock that would not give, and even made things harder for himself by not drilling out the protective plate. He could have easily have just insisted on drilling it out to make things simpler, but he worked around it. Then he took just as much time to make sure the new lock worked perfectly, even breaking out a small metal file to trim off a bit on the strike plate at one point. Through all the frustrations he was upbeat and friendly. I would have been throwing things and cussing up a storm. Definitely give these guys a try. I can't imagine you'll be disappointed.
