This business was called to complete a job on 2/25/19. The job to be performed was to make 2 transponder keys as i had misplaced my keys. This entity sent out a technician who was unable to complete the job alone. He stated that his machine that he has to use to transpond the keys wasnt working as it kept shutting off. Technician stayed on the phone and received information on how to proceed with the job while the other technician was in route. The first technician disconnected my battery post amongst other things in an effort to find the issue with him not being able to transpond the keys. Well the other technician arrives and he gets the keys to transpond and then he starts the car. My brother pays this man $276 for this job which is well over the price for transponding keys. Any who, I start my car after the technicians leave and go to put it in gear but it wont shift. I have my brother to call back immediately to articulate said issue. The reason that i have my brother to handle this portiob is because the money came off of his card. So he tells them whats happening, they agree to come back out which they have to do anyway because they left their machine in my truck. Well one of the technicians finally come to pick up the machine but im not sure when because it was time to pick up my children from school and i wasnt home.
