Despite John from Neighborhood Locksmith Store insisting that they’d come over and get the measurements for door, I insisted on doing it myself and sent them the details. When the door was done and it didn’t fit, I thought it was a technical glitch on their side, but I was wrong. The dimensions I’d provided were incorrect, and I knew they were gonna charge me a bomb for this door as well as the right one – but they didn’t! In fact, John went out of his way to set things right! The door was sent for resizing and a few hours later, it was installed on my front door! After a tiring day at work, when I was confronted with a door I no longer had access to, I did nothing to improve my spirits. In fact, I was so frustrated at losing the keys and not being able to get in, that I was contemplating breaking a window to gain access. It was a stupid idea, I know, but I just didn’t have the patience to wait it out for hours to get assistance from a locksmith and figured this was the best way.
