I can’t thank these guys enough.
Someone stole my home keys and that got me really upset. The worst part was not receiving any support from the locksmiths in Hainesport. However, Gary from Exclusive Locksmith Service was so understanding! Not only did he arrive at my place quickly but he also listened intently to me rambling on and on about how the keys had been stolen. He cheered me up, reassured me that no one was going to misuse those keys and rekeyed the locks.
Worth more than FIVE stars.. I highly recommend!

I can’t thank these guys enough.
Someone stole my home keys and that got me really upset. The worst part was not receiving any support from the locksmiths in Hainesport. However, Gary from Exclusive Locksmith Service was so understanding! I locked my car key in my trunk last night and since I don't have a spare, I needed a locksmith to help me out. First thing in the morning, I called Exclusive Locksmith Service and the woman on the phone told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour until the guy would show up. He was at my apartment building within 40 minutes. Paul is the guy who came out and helped me and he was very polite. He is also the owner. We went down to my car and it took him about 30 seconds to open my car door so I could pop the trunk and get my key. He even unloaded all the things in my trunk for me and found the key using his flashlight. The total charge was only $89 even. What a steal! Hopefully this never happens to me again but if it does, I'll definitely call Exclusive Locksmith Service ! :)

The key fob wouldn’t work and I couldn’t figure out why. I might’ve dropped it a couple of times, and I believed that it had finally started to show. I enquired in a couple of places in Hainesport and almost everyone told me that I needed a replacement – all except for Exclusive Locksmith Service. Kevin agreed to come have a look at the fob and attempt to fix it, which he did. It barely took him 5 minutes to fix the loose wiring and get it working again.
Thanks for getting the job done in the most cost-effective manner! Hire them for honest and affordable service. Highly recommend it!"

I enquired in a couple of places in Hainesport and almost everyone told me that I needed a replacement – all except for Exclusive Locksmith Service. A receptionist answered the phone and promised a call back from the locksmith within a few minutes. Sure enough, 2 minutes later Paul was calling me and after explaining the issue, he suggested I save myself some money and just spray with wd40 and to call him back if that didn't work, he could have someone out by the end of the day. I'm completely embarrassed I didn't think of that myself, but I tried it and it worked like a charm. So, I have no in -person experience with them, but the honesty and promptness was greatly appreciated. This will be my go-to locksmith the next time I have a legitimate issue ;)

Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and explained everything he was doing (including improving on the original installations). Because of our mistake, we missed one of our doors and had to call Mike back out on a separate appointment. He was very accommodating and just as professional as before. We couldn't ask for more. I had a tricky rekeying job on a high security lock and it was the only locksmith firm in the entire region that said the job could be done. They sent Eric, a friendly and extremely talented technician who rekeyed the Schlage lockset in less than 10 minutes. If he can do this, he can do just about anything. Excellent service!
