Ordered a set of keys from the hardware store for cheap, and found one of them broken in less than 3 weeks. I decided not to use them anymore and called Central Locksmith Store for assistance. Though I was okay with taking my key to their workshop in Frisco, these guys told me they’ll come to my place instead. Sure enough, they arrived barely twenty minutes later and got the keys made. When I put the key made by them and that made by the hardware store, I could notice the stark difference between the two. High quality on-location service at low prices – I couldn’t ask for more. These guys are awesome! They showed up right when they said they would, were very friendly and efficient, fixed the lock quickly and charged exactly what they said they would. I will never use another locksmith in Frisco, TX. I've heard horror stories about locksmith's but these guys broke that mold. I called Central Locksmith Store based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. I wasn't in a hurry, so we fixed an appointment, and on the day we had said, he came on time, was very nice, changed one of the locks for a good price and was just very professional and nice. I will definitely call him again if I have any problem or if I need a new lock.

And chipper as can be. 3rd Star: Professional service. Tech explained the flaws of our previous lock - but also didn't make me feel like an idiot for my own [failed] installation job. 4th Star: Quick service. I hadn't even taken two sips of my coffee, and the new lock was installed. 5th Star: Cheap! By far the cheapest quote I got. These guys were very nice. They were only 10 minutes late but gave us a huge discount. Good work, nice and professional, they also did extra odd jobs around the apartment. Will definitely use again.

Central Locksmith Store could not have made rekeying my deadbolt easier -- Jerry worked around my work schedule, came out and completed the job on the same day, and their cost ($100 total) was less expensive than other locksmith quotes.
