Our inspector is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Maine, is an InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector®, and has 18 years of experience managing construction projects and performing inspections, inspecting residential buildings both during construction as well as upon completion, inspecting commercial projects for verification of work performed, and has extensive training on all aspects of residential and commercial building systems.
