AMAZING! Like everyone else online, Edwardo came to the rescue and and I thought he was exceptional. I locked myself out of an office at work. When I called him for a quote, he asked that I take a picture of the lock and door and text it to him so he could assess the situation and call me back. WOW. A locksmith who receives texts? I was impressed with just that! He called me back within minutes. Even though it was a hardcore MultiTLock, he said he'd tried to do it for the minimal cost of $59 and try to do as little damage to the lock and the door as possible so that I could not incur more costs. He suggest that we just start there.WOW again. It was not an emergency situation and Edwardo said someone would be by in a couple of hours. I didn't even notice the time and HE CALLED to follow up with me and apologized for the delay. Third WOW. He came and resolved in the problem in less than 2 minutes! No new lock needed and no damage to the door. He even took credit cards and charged it right away and emailed me the receipt within minutes. I chose Galaxy Locksmith Store based online reviews. I needed my locks re-keyed on my new house. I called this evening at about 6:00 pm, and by 7:45 the job had been completed. James called back within a few minutes, and Mike came over within about 45 minutes of my call. I had 4 knobs and 3 deadbolts re-keyed, and the total cost was less than I was expecting when I called. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and efficient. James was friendly when he called to inquire about my needs, and Mike, who came to my home, was professional and friendly as well. If I were to need their service again, I would definitely give them a call.

I found Galaxy Locksmith Store through Online and it was easily the best experience I've had with a locksmith so far in my life. Fellow named Scott showed up right on time and did a fantastic job leaving me with a better lock that was more well installed than I'd had before. It was a more labor intensive job than it could have been and he did the work admirably and I was charged the same rate discussed from the start. I couldn’t seek help from anyone – it was past midnight and the towing services I called told me ‘regretfully’ that they didn’t extend services outside the heart of the city to inaccessible locations. For a moment, I considered abandoning my vehicle there and taking a cab or a ride back home. But the freeway was completely empty and so I ruled that out. Galaxy Locksmith Store were so great with my finicky front door lock. Paul was on the phone for at least 30 min asking me questions and getting me to try a bunch of different things in order to avoid a service call. Mike was very prompt, efficient, and courteous. called Galaxy Locksmith Store because my lock had become somewhat corroded... Keys were not fitting in easily. A receptionist answered the phone and promised a call back from the locksmith within a few minutes. Sure enough, 2 minutes later Paul was calling me and after explaining the issue, he suggested I save myself some money and just spray with wd40 and to call him back if that didn't work, he could have someone out by the end of the day. I'm completely embarrassed I didn't think of that myself, but I tried it and it worked like a charm. So, I have no in -person experience with them, but the honesty and promptness was greatly appreciated. This will be my go-to locksmith the next time I have a legitimate issue ;)

We recently moved and wanted to re-key our new place. Edwardo was very responsive on the phone; Mike came as scheduled; and everything went very smoothly. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and explained everything he was doing (including improving on the original installations). Because of our mistake, we missed one of our doors and had to call Mike back out on a separate appointment. He was very accommodating and just as professional as before. We couldn't ask for more.
