Lost my keys and I needed a replacement right away. Unfortunately, most of the hardware shops were shut for the day and there was nothing I could do at the moment. So, I decided to dial a few numbers and see if could get some help. The first two locksmiths I’d called, didn’t answer, the third one denied service and the fourth was Estate Locksmith Store. I got an instant response and an assurance that I would receive assistance within a few minutes. Ten minutes later, Kevin had arrived on location and made a key with precision and efficiency.

I live in Providence, RI , he drove to me within 30 minutes of calling at 11pm on a Wednesday night. It took him 7 minutes flat to get my bathroom door open that I stupidly locked myself out of. Polite, professional, courteous, and 10 times a more pleasant experience than visiting my family. If you need a locksmith, call these guys 401-424-9797 !!!!! Estate Locksmith Store has a 5-star rating for a reason. I called them this morning to rekey two doors in my house, and they were able to send a locksmith within the hour. The person answering the phone was very polite and helpful, and it was very easy to set up my appointment and get my questions answered. John was the locksmith that arrived, and he was polite, knowledgable, and worked very quickly and efficiently.
Seriously, this was absolutely a five-star experience. I'm really glad that these are the folks i called.

just had the cylinder changed on my apartment door lock because my former super was recently arrested for using duplicate keys to break into apartments. Creepy, right? I went with Estate Locksmith Store after seeing all these positive Online reviews, and it was such a positive experience I feel like I have to chime in and give him five stars too.
Shon was right on time for our appointment, worked quickly, did the whole thing for exactly what he quoted me, and it turns out he got his dog from the same rescue place where I got my cat! I guess that last part doesn't really reflect on his locksmithing skills, but he was super-nice. If I ever need a locksmith again, no question about who I'll call. Our locksmith, John was professional and helpful. He not only arrived early, but gave us information on our current locks and made recommendations to us regarding security and access. We ended up just getting the existing locks changed, and he was able to make us copies of the new keys.

Extremely thankful to Estate Locksmith Store who got me out of a sticky spot recently! I worked part time at a bakery and opened shop every evening. But that day, when I tried opening the lock with the key, it snapped in half. I didn’t know why or how it happened, all I knew was that if my boss found out how careless I’d been, I would lose the job for sure. I wasn’t about to let that happen! So I called up Estate Locksmith Store, the locksmiths my dad generally calls for house repairs and asked them if they could get a copy made. Eric `arrived within a few minutes from the nearest shop and I got the new key made within minutes.
