There was no way into my home, the only key I had, was now broken in the lock and the pieces were jammed inside. Hoping against hope, I called them up and received an immediate response. It was surprising, considering the fact that I was making the call after midnight. Within 20 minutes, Johnson had arrived, apologized for the extended wait and used some tool he took out of his van to get the pieces out. Apart from not charging me a dime extra for the late night service, Johnson even made me a new key for free. Can it get any better than this?? I don’t think so! It was dilapidated now and I needed a new one exactly like it, as it blended seamlessly with the rest of the home décor. I doubted if anyone would have a replica to it, but I was determined to ask around. I asked in a couple of places but none of them seemed to have it. Gary, the technician handling my request, told me they didn’t have it but asked me to wait 24 hours. Sure enough, the next day, he arrived at my premises with the lock I wanted. Thank you so much for going the lengths to procure the lock I needed! The level of dedication shown by Parker Locksmith Store is truly commendable. I’m definitely hiring them again! Edwardo was fantastic. He was courteous, skilled and professional. He confirmed our appointment ahead of time, arrived on time, did the job quickly and well. We especially liked that he emailed us a receipt immediately. Edwardo also gave us valuable advice on fixing our old broken doorknob (which wasn't included in the job). He quoted us a fair price and stuck to it. He even offered to clean up some loose paint before he left, unheard of in this city! Our previous experience with locksmiths was not so good, but Edwardo gives this business a good image. We will definitely call Parker Locksmith Store again for your locksmith needs. Their website https://www.Stanton.Parker-Locksmith-Store.com had mentioned that they offered 24 hour services at no extra charges and true to their word, I was charged only for the keys and wasn’t billed for the hour I’d requested service in ( which was 11:30 pm). It was bound to happen. Four days into my brand new apartment and I get locked out when I'm letting the IKEA delivery guy into my building. Though I'm glad I chose to wear shoes, I had nothing besides (thankfully) my cell phone in tow so the first thing I did was call Parker Locksmith Store. We had met before and I'd heard great things but he truly is a miracle worker. Despite the short notice and his busy work schedule, he made time for me and showed up thirty minutes later at my door. It took him about 10 seconds to get into my apartment. Aside from my concern over how easy it was for him to break in, I was incredibly grateful. Service with a smile and efficient work. Now, let's just hope he doesn't change careers and go criminal -- that dude has skills when it comes to getting through locked doors!
