Good service! I hired them for a security overhaul at my clothing store. After a quick consultation via phone, they gave me a rough estimate and the timeline. I fixed an appointment after I’d shut shop to prevent my business taking a hit. And sure enough, the guys from Central Lock Key Store understood my concerns and got there sharp at 11 pm. After an hour, I had new locks, a brand new steel door and a digital keypad to the store room. I even got an added discount to the originally quoted price after I exchanged a coupon I found on their site https://www.Indianapolis.Central-Lock-Key-Store.com. For small business owners like me, their affordable pricing is a life-saver. Try them out if you’re looking for a locksmith in Indianapolis , IN. Highly recommend!!

I just moved to a new place and I noticed that previous tenant had been coming back to get his mail. So I figured why not change the mailbox lock and also get the locks to my door re-keyed. The mailbox lock was easy to swap out by myself. But for the re-keying I needed a pro. I checked Online and the only one I found around me with reputable ratings was Central Lock Key Store. They're based in Indianapolis , IN. I called in the morning while waiting for cable guy (who was late as expected) and sure enough they had availability for late afternoon and gave me a fixed price for the job. Dave said he could be there around 5:30 or 6. Fine by me. I get a call from Dave at 4:30 saying he can make it even earlier. Great!!! He shows up at 4:45. The work was quick despite problems with my fancy Omnia locks. He gets the job done and I'm good to go. He even grinded the deadbolt hole to make the lock easier to turn. Great service and I'll be sure to contact them anytime for any locksmith services.

Having locked myself out of my place on an icy cold night, I was ecstatic to hear that they could come rescue me in 20 minutes!! John came promptly and had me in in no time. My dogs were happy to see me!!! Apparently, John works with his brother. Very personable, professional and funny! Highly recommend them. Since I rely on these referrals, I make sure to leave a comment when I'm super happy. John, thank you for coming right away, getting me in and reuniting me with my puppies!

Very responsive, and took less than an hour to get to me and this was also on a Saturday night. Then only took 5 minutes to get me back into the apartment. Very friendly and professional. No one likes being locked out but if it happens, I would highly recommend Central Lock Key Store.

They got it done right away, even though they didn't have the part, they went to get it, came back the SAME DAY and finished the installation. These guys stand behind their work which is always a mark of quality. Avi literally said to me "I'm not leaving until you're happy with this." You can't get any better. I needed my locks replaced (turns out my neighbor had the same very same locks--imagine that!) but I have a crazy busy schedule and Techi was willing to come over late in the evening to accommodate my needs. He gave me all the possible options but didn't push for higher priced items and even said that some of the higher options weren't better options. He even helped out when my sensitive smoke alarms started going off because of my cooking dinner, lol. Tech flexibility, honesty, and kindness earn him five stars.
