All I needed was copy keys, however, nearly every other hardware store I visited denied service to me stating that the key belonged to a high security lock and was difficult to duplicate. Frustrated, I looked up on the internet for an answer and I found it - https://www.SanJose.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Services.com. I rang them up, a dispatcher patiently listened to my requirements and said that the job could be done. Relieved, I waited for a locksmith from Neighborhood Locksmith to turn up at my door. It didn’t take long. Within minutes, a van pulled up on my driveway. Joe took one look at the key and got busy with the equipment in his vans. Half an hour later, I had three perfectly crafted copies of the keys. I can’t thank Joe enough!!! I’m never going to seek help anywhere else because I know everything I need related to locks and keys will be provided by Neighborhood Locksmith! Will I recommend them? Definitely. Go for it, if you live in San Jose, CA!

Neighborhood Locksmith are amazing!!!!! Locked my keys in my apartment and was afraid I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg to get inside. Mike called me back so quickly and worked with my busy schedule to get me back into my apartment. Once he arrived he was in my apartment in under 5 minutes and his prices are incredible. Trust me when I say you need to call him if you are ever in a jam!!!!!!

Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome! You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. Neighborhood Locksmith is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a San Jose, CA company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended!

Couldn’t be happier! John was a total pro! The guy from the local locksmith shop told me that my locks were completely hopeless and must be replaced. Just to be doubly sure, I called up John from Neighborhood Locksmith. He took one look at my locks, told me he could fix it, gave me a price, and started working. Within ten minutes he was done! The locks which I was most likely to have thrown away were now working in perfect order. And it’s all thanks to John who worked pure magic on them and saved me from spending on replacements. Being absolutely clueless about how this stuff works, John could have easily convinced me into buying a new lock and make some cash out of it. But he didn’t! Integrity does shine through and that’s why I’ve stuck with Neighborhood Locksmith for the last four years. I don’t think there’s any other firm in San Jose, CA that could compete with these guys! If you’re on a tight budget and are looking for an honest locksmith, these guys are your best bet. Highly-recommend them! You can reach them on 408-484-3870…
