I found it embarrassing to admit that I’d lost the keys and claim another set and so, decided to get keys made from external sources. I have to concur with all the other positive reviews. I inquired online with three locksmiths on a lazy sunday because I was not really in a rush. Locksmith Master Shop not only responded in 15 minutes with an exact quote but he arrived on time for my appointment the next day and got me back into my mailbox. These Locksmith Master Shop really are the best. Online not lying. Came exactly on time, cut off my Kryptonite bike lock pretty quickly once we found a power source for the electric drill/saw. Cleaned up everything and even offered to give my neighbor a coupon for services after she let us use her electric outlet mine was too far from the bike. SO NICE & GENUINE. Would not hesitate to come back to them. Really very impressed. They'll even take a credit card by swiping it on their phone :):):)

Fantastic Locksmith service. We needed to rekey our locks after moving. Apparently hardware stores will do this - if you bring the locks in! It was never made clear to me how that's supposed to work - one guy actually said, "Uh, maybe someone stands by the door at home." So anyway, I asked one store if they could refer a company who does onsite service. They did, and I got a quote for about $350. Locksmith Master Shop - who I found on here - was able to do it for half that. They were helpful, patient, and clear.
