These Locksmith Company are awesome. I grabbed the wrong set of keys on my way out the house on a Sunday and didn't realize it until I closed my door (locked from the inside). I was able to open my security door by sticking in hand through the mail slot, but the 2nd door was still locked. I called a few smiths who couldn't get out to me until later in the day. I then called Lock & Locksmith Tech who could reach me in less than 30 minutes and were priced competitively. Henrry got me in my house in less than 10 minutes (after checking proper ID and the such) and even repaired my damaged mail slot. The customer service was great from the initial call to payment. I'll definitely call them first next time.

I'm right there with everyone else - Lock & Locksmith Tech absolutely deserves their great ratings. After I had my purse stolen - with wallet and keys inside - I was dreading having to call around and figure out a locksmith to come and replace my locks. When I called Shon, they didn't have as many reviews here yet (this was over a year ago), but those that were there were good, so I gave them a shot. And I'm so happy I did - Shon was able to come by first thing the next day, and this was after contacting them late in the evening. Fast, punctual, professional, honest about prices - and on top of all this which I would consider quite enough to earn the 5 stars - he was super nice to my little niece and roommate's dog who were fascinated by what he was doing. What more could you ask for?

Lock & Locksmith Tech are amazing!!!!! Locked my keys in my apartment and was afraid I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg to get inside. Mike called me back so quickly and worked with my busy schedule to get me back into my apartment. Once he arrived he was in my apartment in under 5 minutes and his prices are incredible. Trust me when I say you need to call him if you are ever in a jam!!!!!!

Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome! You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. Lock & Locksmith Tech is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a Orange, CA company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended!

AMAZING! Like everyone else online, Edwardo came to the rescue and and I thought he was exceptional. I locked myself out of an office at work. When I called him for a quote, he asked that I take a picture of the lock and door and text it to him so he could assess the situation and call me back. WOW. A locksmith who receives texts? I was impressed with just that! He called me back within minutes. Even though it was a hardcore MultiTLock, he said he'd tried to do it for the minimal cost of $59 and try to do as little damage to the lock and the door as possible so that I could not incur more costs. He suggest that we just start there.WOW again. It was not an emergency situation and Edwardo said someone would be by in a couple of hours. I didn't even notice the time and HE CALLED to follow up with me and apologized for the delay. Third WOW. He came and resolved in the problem in less than 2 minutes! No new lock needed and no damage to the door. He even took credit cards and charged it right away and emailed me the receipt within minutes. Great locksmith Company. I called them on a weekend to come out to my house to change a cylinder and install a top lock. Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation. He had no problem whatsoever making a second trip to finish the job on a weekday. Flat rates are upfront. No surprise fees. Jacob a really friendly guy who takes pride in his work. I have to concur with all the other positive reviews. I inquired online with three locksmiths on a lazy sunday because I was not really in a rush. Lock & Locksmith Tech not only responded in 15 minutes with an exact quote but he arrived on time for my appointment the next day and got me back into my mailbox.
