I don’t know why I was even worried! Lock & Key Shop made the process seemed so easy! There was to be an assessment by my insurance company the next morning and I knew my age-old locks weren’t gonna make a good impression. I decided to get my locks changed. But the challenge was coaxing a locksmith to come in at 1:00 am to do the job. The website claimed 24/7 service and I hoped that they really meant that! Within thirty minutes of placing the call, Ron had reached my place. After taking a look at my locks, he suggested that I needn’t get rid of all my locks as a few were still good enough to get me past the assessment. That was news to me! And if he hadn’t taken the privilege to bring it to my notice, I would have ended up spending a lot of money that night! Lock & Key Shop was great! I called him in the morning and he was able to come to our location the same day to help us. We have had a broken door knob for months and a terrible Super that keeps "fixing" it. After my fifth time that the doorknob fell out, I decided to contact Danny after all his great reviews online. And he lived up to them all! Upon calling him, he asked me to send him a picture of the doorknob, explaining that many of the doorknobs in Cleveland , OH are old and he may not have the right parts for them (very true). I called Lock & Key Shop and left a message, which was promptly returned by Paul, who was professional, polite and thorough in explaining who was going to be coming to my home. (A solace to a woman). I usually don't write reviews but I guess I'l start now. I happened to lock myself out of my condo without my keys in my bag. I called Lock & Key Shop after reading good reviews and by all means, they quoted me a set price and told me the driver would show up within 40 minutes.
