Robert was out to look at our hot tub and determined it needed an entirely new system. This was paid for that day to the tune over 1300.00. The spa has not been fixed. Same issues. Unfortunately, the head of our household who had dealt with Robert passed away. I contacted Robert to explain the situation with our loved one’s passing and ask him to please come out to see what could be done since we had just paid for a brand new system to be installed by him, (which is what he said it needed.) He told me he would be out that Monday, which would have been February 10th. Robert has dodged my calls and has not shown up at all. This has been a very stressful and distressing issue for us to deal with, especially when we are already mourning. Don’t recommend unless you are looking to give away thousands of dollars and get nothing in return except a headache.
