Called Norwalk City Locksmith to have my deadbolt changed. 15 minutes later, Mike, a friendly, honest, and helpful guy arrived at my door. Mike explained that my door wasn't in great shape, and actually convinced me to buy a cheaper lock than the one I originally requested. 5 minutes later, the new lock was installed. Boy am I glad my fiance found Norwalk City Locksmith online. We just moved to Norwalk, CT and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out. So he grind it down for us and tried to make as little noise as possible to be considerate to our neighbors.
