I asked Norwalk Emergency Locksmith to come over the weekend so that my routine business was unaffected. They instantly agreed! I wanted a keyless access system to be set up but was unsure whether it would work for me! Theyguided me through it and helped me pick the right lock for each door. The card access system on the front door meant I could do away with the registers as it recorded the check-in and check-out times of employees digitally. I even had a keypad lock installed in the store room to limit access. All in all, I’m 100% satisfied with their recommendations, punctuality, quality of service and the pricing. I generally don’t write reviews but my story simply cannot be left unsaid. It was one of my regular trips back home. I work late shifts and pick up food from a local café every night. This time, however, I forgot to retrieve my car keys and it was only after I had slammed the door shut behind me did I realize what I’d just done! There wasn’t any public transportation available at that hour, and I didn’t have enough money to pay up a towing service either. The guy at the café handed out Norwalk Emergency Locksmith’s number to me. I called them up stating my requirements and the make and model of my car. They quoted a surprisingly low price over the phone (there’s another surprise - I didn’t think anyone offered upfront pricing these days). Within fifteen minutes, there was a locksmith over at the scene and it took him merely seconds to unlock my car and fetch the keys. Had it not been for Norwalk Emergency Locksmith, I would have probably spent the night at the café and waited for a dealership to open in the morning. It was bound to happen. Four days into my brand new apartment and I get locked out when I'm letting the IKEA delivery guy into my building. Though I'm glad I chose to wear shoes, I had nothing besides (thankfully) my cell phone in tow so the first thing I did was call Norwalk Emergency Locksmith. We had met before and I'd heard great things but he truly is a miracle worker. Despite the short notice and his busy work schedule, he made time for me and showed up thirty minutes later at my door. It took him about 10 seconds to get into my apartment. Aside from my concern over how easy it was for him to break in, I was incredibly grateful. Service with a smile and efficient work. Now, let's just hope he doesn't change careers and go criminal -- that dude has skills when it comes to getting through locked doors!

24 hour services are a lifesaver!!! Especially, the one from Norwalk Emergency Locksmith. After getting home from work, I realized my keys were no longer in my pockets. I wish I’d snuck in a spare under the rug or something. Anyway, Norwalk Emergency Locksmith was the only firm that responded to my call and was extremely compassionate. James got there within a few minutes, and got a new key made. I asked him for another spare that I could hide outside my home, but James was against it! He told me that in a majority of burglaries, thieves got in using the spares. Well, that’s something I didn’t know! You guys rock! Stupendous work indeed…. Got locked out of my car with the keys inside and I panicked. I called my friend who referred me to Norwalk Emergency Locksmith. I called them on 203-533-3116 and their customer care executive was ever so polite. He didn’t ask unnecessary questions, but just asked me to ping my location. In another 20 minutes a locksmith arrived and God knows what he did, all it took was a few seconds and the door opened up.
