After a quick online search, I chose New Canaan Locksmith Store! And I’m so glad I did. I’ve never met a locksmith who’s as courteous and knowledgeable as Mark! He made it a point to explain what has gone wrong with my locks and why ( without even asking) and gave me great advice on maintaining my new locks. Everything was done at a good price. He even made a spare key for the new lock for free! We all need understanding, and professional locksmiths such as Mark! I can't recommend this New Canaan Locksmith Store enough. Jay is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy. He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation and sometimes without even prompting to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. He's done two units and the main doors in my building so far, and is the go-to guy for me with any lock / door / security issues.

OMFG... thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! literally turned what could have been a mini meltdown and a horrible day into sunshine and butterflies. There was an issue with the lock, so I called New Canaan Locksmith Store. The dispatcher was very friendly and he even gave me an accurate estimation of their arrival time. Sure enough, I found Johnson at my doorstep within 20 minutes. The lock needed a tune-up. On top of it, I also thought of getting the door frame fixed, which I did. The bill handed out seemed very reasonable for the great service offered. I’ve dealt with multiple locksmiths in New Canaan , but no one has managed to amaze me with such incredible service. I was all set for a business trip that same evening which may have been cancelled had it not been for Dave who reached my home as soon as I called him up. I should have probably called New Canaan Locksmith Store first like my fiancé recommended! But I chose to trust a neighbor instead who suggested that I call the guys from the locksmith store down the road. After wasting over 3 hours of my time, they’d only managed to get half the job done and said they’ll come the next morning to finish up the rest. Seriously? Was I supposed to a half installed door hanging wide open with no lock on it? To top it off, I had to pay them two-hundred bucks for doing a botched-up job. FANTASTIC LOCKSMITH SERVICE AND PRICES!! We came home after a night out to find that our babysitter had not only locked herself out of our apartment she left the keys inside but she called a random locksmith to bust the door and let her in. We were left with a $140 bill and a busted lock! We called New Canaan Locksmith Store to come fix it at 10:30 PM. They were here in 17 minutes, fixed the lock and hardly charged us anything.
