I pity the person that hires this company. An elderly neighbor called them because she had a plumbing emergency. She called them because of their name and needed someone that day.
When the person arrived he looked at the problem which was a quick fix. But before giving her a quote she was required to sign three sheets of paper on an Ipad that she could barely see. Of course, she felt pressured to do it because she needed the repair. Next thing she received a quote of over $400. She new she couldn't pay that so she said no. She still needed to pay the $49 for them to stop by.
Luckily, she contact a friend who referred her to another plumber who came on a emergency call later that day. He charged her $150 and did the repair.
