Another 5 star review for these guys... locked ourselves out of a friend's apartment in Willowick, OH that we were staying at. Luckily with Online on my smartphone I was able to see what consistently good service these guys provide and gave them a call. Dave came along within an hour (only reason it took a while was due to the bad weather), and had us inside within 5 mins. The locks on the door seemed quite stubborn but Dave seemed quite the expert! Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation. A few minutes before the clock struck 8, the company’s rep called me up, informing me that the technician is on his way and will be five minutes late. I mean, who does that? I made it quite clear that I couldn’t schedule another date if they missed this appointment. I was leaving for town the next morning and before I left, I needed a new lock on my front door. However, the locksmith didn’t show up. Thankfully, despite not making an advance appointment, Anderson form Willowick Locksmith Store somehow managed to squeeze me into his schedule and got there within half an hour. Good service! He discussed all the options with me before proceeding and also explained the difference between my old cylinder lock and the one he was installing ( without me asking).
