Moving is always difficult. After much research online I decided to hire Straight Forward Moving. When I called the company, they fixed me a slot on the moving day and gave me a quote that was more than reasonable. Their movers arrived on time to my apartment and they were all very well equipped. They efficiently packed all my stuffs. They delivered on the promised date. All my things traveled without suffering any damage. They ended up charging me the exact amount they quoted. I’m totally impressed.

Recently I hired Straight Forward Moving and they did an awesome service for my move. I hired them for my big house relocation. They were assigned to wrap, pack and move of all my valuables to the new location in New Jersey and they completed their job excellently. They showed up on time, loaded our stuff up and were at our other house after one week unloading quickly. They were very efficient and quick, yet friendly towards me and careful with my belongings. I definitely will use this company for my next move!!

I see many people writing how amazing their movers were or how fast they were. Truth be told, if they manage to break or lose your things on the way, all that efficiency is of no use! Straight Forward Moving handled my last move and all my valuables were safely brought from my old house to the new one in the exact condition they took them. They charged fairly for the fantastic work they did and I was more than happy to pay it.

The last moving company I hired sent movers who needed all the help they could get to finish the job. This time when we had to move again, I did my research thoroughly and Straight Forward Moving seemed like a good option as their reviews were too good. They didn't promise me the strongest men but when the men showed up on time, all uniformed and ready to carry heavy things, I knew these guys meant business. They wrapped all my things ever so carefully, carried them with gentle touches and loaded them onto their highly equipped vans. They never asked me to lend a hand and I was impressed just at that!

We hired Straight Forward Moving after reading so many amazing reviews from other people. I am well aware that sometimes reviews don’t mean successful moves. But luckily, these guys were one of the good ones. They seemed friendly and reliable when we called them. The real proof came during the move. The movers were all very well trained and they wasted absolutely no time. Their packing skills were amazing and they carried everything with ease. They were literally in and out of our house in no time. We couldn’t believe how fast they finished the job. The delivery was made on the scheduled date. They managed to deliver all our items in perfect condition.

Most moving companies do such bad jobs! I wasn't expecting Straight Forward Moving to be different but they surprised me. The crew arrived within a short time of their given schedule and packed up all my belongings quickly. The loading process went smoothly and they delivered right on schedule as well. Had I known these guys existed, I wouldn't have wasted so much money on inefficient moving companies for all these years!

I had never done a cross-country move before, but Straight Forward Moving made it easy and handled it professionally. The moving coordinator was always accessible and answered all of my questions. The moving team on the pick-up was friendly and very careful with all of my items. The delivery team was also friendly and efficient. Everything was packed well enough to travel 1,200 miles and arrived at my destination just fine. This is clearly a very professional company that I would use again.

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. POOR COSTUMER SERVICE. SCAM. Summary - * Easy to book through email. Great response from sales person. HORRIBLE AFTER BOOKING * Two day window for pick up and delivery. If want exact date extra $150 which they don’t tell you until after signing * Driver didn’t show up on first day, called at end of 4 hour arrival window to ask if come later or reschedule * Reschedule date for next day - driver still didn’t make 4 hour arrival window. NO CALL * Tried to get ahold of someone NO ONE ANSWERS PHONE. * Finally spoke to someone. Will not compensate me for inconvenience (I took two days off work and stayed home WAITING). * Driver comes 2 hours late, says nothing. No apology NOTHING * Takes an extra hour to go from old to new place when they are ONLY 10 minutes away. WHERE’D they go? * CHARGES ME FOR EXTRA HOUR that they were gone. * Stacks heavy and fragile CLEARLY MARKED boxes on top of light boxes crushing them * Leave trash in my garage. * Called next day to speak to owner. NO ONE ANSWERS PHONE or CALLS ME BACK. * Have not heard from them since.

It is almost impossible to find good services for cheap these days. But Straight Forward Moving still gives you really good value for the money you pay them. The movers pack everything into boxes as if packing is their passion. They carry huge pieces of furniture easily. None of belongings are less important to them. Everything receives the same amount of attention and care. They were punctual, both during arrival and delivery. I know all these because they made my last move absolutely perfect and charged me too little for it.

Relocations are never cheap. But I was surprised by the quote Straight Forward Moving gave me for my last move. Luckily, they backed up that quote with four amazing movers. The movers arrived on time and packed everything carefully. They worked tirelessly around my house packing everything. It took 3 hours to finish loading everything onto the truck. The delivery was made on time and nothing was missing. I’m still having a hard time fathoming the amazing services I got for the miserly price I paid.
