The best service in area local

Terrible service! I was quoted a price to clean my apartment floor and when he got there he stated that "since I had a 3rd floor apartment he would have to charge me $35 more". He also claimed that he was unable to get his equipment up to my floor. Do not let this man clean your carpet!! He lies to get more money out of you!
