I needed my locks replaced (turns out my neighbor had the same very same locks--imagine that!) but I have a crazy busy schedule and Techi was willing to come over late in the evening to accommodate my needs. When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, "We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time."
