There was a lot of work to be done during my move to my new house in Milwaukee. I knew from a colleague that Old Country Van Lines would do a perfect job while taking care of my possessions. They actually arrived at 8.00 am in my then apartments at Asheville, NC and undertook the work of parking and loading my things professionally and with the right moving tools. They made it look so easy and simple as I lost nothing during the entire process, but I thank them most for their top grade professionalism and diligence.

I moved in August From Naples to San Diego. I hate moving like most people and was so stressed. Old Country Van Lines contacted me, gave me a fair quote, sent the nicest team of driver and crew to pick up my furniture. Tim and his team helped me finish my last minute packing which I was certain I would finish myself. The customer service team was great, they advised about the progress of my shipment until it arrived in Ca (8 days from pick up). I am glad that I went with Old Country Van Lines. The pickup was simple and fast, and they fully explained everything. Scheduling drop off was also very easy. Pricing is as competitive as can be and I see no reason for myself to go with any other mover if I ever need to hire a company again. These guys are legit and know what they are doing.

When I was looking for a good moving company, my friend Mike informed me about Old Country Van Lines. So I hired them and now I am really happy that I have hired them. They were just amazing. All 3 movers (tim, yaniv and preston) came on time and what they did was simply outstanding. They packed, moved and stored everything like true professionals. It was a treat watching them in action. Also I loved the way they interacted with my 3 year old kid. I am more than impressed by them. I would surely love to recommend them.

I received an estimate for this move that was not only provided very quickly but was also the lowest based on an exact shipment of home furnishings at a very specific weight. Although my inability to provide a pick up address at the time of my order resulted in some confusion, one call the office netted an immediate response by a supervisor, corrected the problems and got my move back on track. I have moved with professional movers in the past and they never go completely smooth but I have never received such a fast response to get problems resolved and everything back on track. The company representative was not only courteous and professional but responded directly and truthfully about what had caused the problems and resolved them within a matter of 15 minutes. When the driver arrived I found him to be courteous and professional. The workers were clean and professional and handled my property with care. Old Country Van Lines gets a 5 star rating for their customer service, as far as I am concerned. Kudos.

I booked my families move to South Carolina with Chris at Old Country Van Lines, after checking with the BBB and reading the great reviews from past customers. This was no small feat, we moved from a 3 bedroom home, and we had accumulated a lot of stuff with 3 kids...Chris walked me through each step, and was there if I called to ask questions. This made me feel less stressed about the whole thing. The company called the day before and gave me a time frame that the movers would be there, and they were on time. They were professional, courteous and efficient. Packed and loaded everything in record time. Chris, our sales guy called the next day just to see if we needed anything. Very professional. The movers called 2 weeks later to deliver the next day, they were there on time and unloaded, put our things where we wanted and put the beds ect.. together, Our family was very impressed, I WILL USE OLD COUNTRY VAN LINES IF I EVER MOVE AGAIN

Was very impressed & satisfied with these movers. They did such a great job! Shipping was very fast & all of my stuff was handled with care. I'm not missing any of my things either.
