Every relationship starts with the owner or the service manager coming out to meet the client and setup a custom cleaning service agreement dedicated to that customer. During this meeting a few things happen. 1. We tour the house and find out what your exact needs are. We discuss things like the type of cleaners you would like used, the frequency of cleans and off-limit areas. 2.We assign you a team. We want to build a relationship with our clients and the easiet way to do that is to always send the same team out. Over time this cleaner gets to know you, your family and know exactly what you expect. If for some reason your team can not make it out for a visit they are able to pass over detailed notes to another team expressing exactly what you want. 3.You have a chance to ask us any quesitons and guarantee we are the perfect fit your are looking for. 4. You are giving the owners personal cell phone number.
