Upload your request to our website. 2. When we receive their request you will be notified which items we can do, you then upload money to your account . 3. Once we receive the sellers items we check them into our system and update their account accordingly. 4. Refurbishment begins, we then update the sellers account as each item is completed which you can check the status at anytime. Once the item is refurbished the seller can upload a shipping label to us and we will ship it to the appropriate destination, either back to Amazon or to the buyer.
