Great locksmith Company. I called them on a weekend to come out to my house to change a cylinder and install a top lock. Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation. He had no problem whatsoever making a second trip to finish the job on a weekday. Flat rates are upfront. No surprise fees. Jacob a really friendly guy who takes pride in his work. Highly recommended "" Homewood Locksmith Store ""

I was strictly against hiding spare keys under rugs or in flower pots, since I believed that it would put my home security in risk. I was strictly against hiding spare keys under rugs or in flower pots, since I believed that it would put my home security in risk. However, when I lost my keys and was locked out of my own home, that’s when I regretted my decision. It was now 9 pm and any chances of hiring a technician from the local hardware store in Homewood were now gone. A quick web search later, I found this website https://www.HomewoodLocksmithStore.com that offered 24 hour services and decided to call them up. They turned up at my place within ten minutes. David was a fun person to talk to and he immediately put me at ease saying that it’ll only take him a few minutes to unlock the door. And sure enough, the door was unlocked within minutes and he even made me a new set of keys for free. Homewood Locksmith Store sure knows how to keep its customers happy. They’re amazing and super talented!

Today I locked myself out of my apartment and my apartment does not have lock out service. "Call the Locksmith!" Thanks to Online search I was able to find this place and I am totally impressed with the service. I felt like a valued customer because they treated me with such high regard.... But we all know that I needed them and was really desperate! I got updates about the arrival time and Eddie worked tirelessly to open the commercial grade lock on my apartment door. Great Great Great Service! i will use Homewood Locksmith Store again.

These Locksmith Company are awesome. I grabbed the wrong set of keys on my way out the house on a Sunday and didn't realize it until I closed my door (locked from the inside). These Locksmith Company are awesome. I grabbed the wrong set of keys on my way out the house on a Sunday and didn't realize it until I closed my door (locked from the inside). I was able to open my security door by sticking in hand through the mail slot, but the 2nd door was still locked. I called a few smiths who couldn't get out to me until later in the day. I then called Homewood Locksmith Store who could reach me in less than 30 minutes and were priced competitively. Henrry got me in my house in less than 10 minutes (after checking proper ID and the such) and even repaired my damaged mail slot. The customer service was great from the initial call to payment. I'll definitely call them first next time.

Another 5 star review for these guys... locked ourselves out of a friend's apartment in Homewood , IL that we were staying at. Luckily with Online on my smartphone I was able to see what consistently good service these guys provide and gave them a call. Dave came along within an hour (only reason it took a while was due to the bad weather), and had us inside within 5 mins. The locks on the door seemed quite stubborn but Dave seemed quite the expert! Only sorry that I didn't have more cash on hand to give him a better tip. Polite, responsive, and professional. Thanks guys!
