Fast, friendly, and professional. I chose Sterling Locksmith Store because of their great reviews. Now I understand that these raves are well-deserved! When I called Friday to schedule an appointment for my lock to be switched out (not an emergency), the guy on the phone was absurdly nice--like, apologized-for-putting-me-on-hold nice. He offered me an appointment slot for 9:30-10 on Saturday, and then apologized that he couldn't be more specific than that! Have these guys heard of Time Warner and their four-hour windows? Scott arrived right on time at 9:45 and got to work. He explained how the lock worked, told us everything we needed to know about ordering new keys, and even tightened the doorknob (free of charge) since it was loose. From buzzing our door to swiping the credit card on his Square reader, he was here less than 30 minutes. Working with Sterling Locksmith Store was absolutely painless. I highly recommend Sterling Locksmith Store and would definitely call them again.

When my lock stopped operating one fine day, I wasn’t too keen on calling a locksmith. I’ve heard how pricey they could be and decided to install a new lock myself. I purchased a cheap lock based on the suggestion of the guy at the nearby hardware shop, took out my toolkit and got down to work! An hour later, I’d somehow, successfully managed to break a brand new lock into pieces!!! That was the stretching point! I gave in and looked online for help. Sterling Locksmith Store had excellent reviews and so I retrieved their number from their site http://www.SterlingLocksmithStore.com to give them a call! The technician who came over took one look at the lock and identified that I’d bought it at a hardware shop. Was it that obvious? Anyway, he suggested that I replace the lock with a new deadbolt. I was all out of cash and didn’t think I could afford another replacement, but he quoted an incredible price that I simply couldn’t say no to! Amazingly low prices and well-informed technicians! I’m always gonna ring up Sterling Locksmith Store for any security advice and locksmith service!

They are, courteous, professional and honest (yes, I said HONEST) and did't take advantage of someone because they were in a vulnerable position. When calling a locksmith for rescue is as commonplace as ordering a cup of coffee, the realization does not take long: this city is crawling with locksmiths who prey on the desperation inherent to being locked out. Take it from me- keyless at 2am on the street corner in freezing cold weather is tough ground for bargaining. Mike at Sterling Locksmith Store gets it. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it).
